How ChinVibe handles ownership, rights metadata, complaints, takedowns, and disputes.

Ownership & creator rights

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By publishing, you grant ChinVibe a limited license to host, stream, and display that content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to everything you publish.

Rights metadata

When uploading, declare your rights ownership, license type, territory, and availability dates. This metadata travels with your content and is visible to viewers and administrators.

Copyright complaints & takedown process

If you believe content on ChinVibe infringes your copyright, submit a notice to [email protected] including the affected content, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We review notices and may remove or disable access to clearly infringing material.

Counter-notices & disputes

Creators whose content is removed can submit a counter-notice. If the complaint is not resolved through the counter-notice process, the content may be restored after a defined waiting period, subject to our policy.

Repeat infringement

Accounts repeatedly found to infringe copyright may have uploading restricted or terminated.

Appeals

Actions taken through this process can be appealed through the in-product appeals workflow linked from your account.
