Creator Guidelines

Welcome to ChinVibe. These guidelines explain what it means to be a creator on our platform and the standards we ask every creator to uphold.

1. Authenticity

• Be yourself. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Disclose sponsorships and paid promotions clearly.
• Report AI usage honestly using the AI Transparency tools provided on each upload.

2. Original Work

• Upload content you have the rights to share.
• Respect copyright. Do not upload others' work without permission.
• Use the Copyright Center to manage claims and disputes.

3. Community Safety

• No hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• No content that endangers minors.
• Follow the Community Guidelines in full.

4. Quality & Classification

• Classify your content accurately using the Content Taxonomy.
• Mark mature content with the appropriate content rating.
• Set accurate titles, descriptions, and thumbnails (no misleading metadata).

5. Compliance

• Comply with applicable laws.
• Respond to takedown and rights notices in good faith.
• Maintain a positive standing to keep creator capabilities unlocked.

These guidelines may be updated. Material changes will be announced and may require re-acceptance.
