Informal resolution

Most issues are settled through direct communication. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Binding arbitration

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You and ChinVibe each waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Governing law

These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws applicable to your relationship with ChinVibe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Opt-out

You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

Exception

Small-claims court cases may proceed in the appropriate local court where allowed.
