ChinVibe respects intellectual property rights and expects M members to do the same.

Posting copyrighted content

Do not post content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other IP rights. You are responsible for the content you share.

Reporting infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on M infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work.
• The URL or location of the infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act.

We will review and remove infringing content promptly.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice.

Trademarks

Do not use others' trademarks in a way that implies endorsement or confuses people about ownership.
