M Minors & Family Safety

M is committed to protecting minors and supporting families.

Minimum age

M requires members to be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in their country. We remove accounts that do not meet this requirement.

Teens on M

Teen accounts have additional protections, including restricted visibility and reduced exposure to sensitive content and contact from unknown adults.

Content involving minors

Any sexual content involving minors results in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.

Grooming and exploitation

We do not tolerate grooming, exploitation, or attempts to lure minors. Report suspected cases immediately.

Family features

ChinVibe's family features (Parent PIN, kid profiles, viewing controls) help families manage shared experiences. Parents are responsible for supervising minors' use.

Reporting

Report concerns about a minor's safety to [email protected] and to local authorities if someone is in danger.
