M Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of M, the social network operated by ChinVibe ("ChinVibe," "we," or "us"). By using M, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law) to use M. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on M, you grant ChinVibe a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt that content solely to operate and improve M.

You promise that your content does not violate anyone's rights — including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights — and that it complies with the M Community Guidelines.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse M — including scraping data, reverse engineering, circumventing limits, spamming, or interfering with the service. Full details are in the M Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Groups, events, and watch parties

Community features (groups, events, watch parties) may have additional rules set by their organizers. Organizers are responsible for moderating their spaces. Paid watch parties are subject to the M Watch Party & Paid Events Terms.

5. Fees and payments

Some M features (tickets, memberships, paid events) cost money. Paid features are handled through ChinVibe's billing and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers and liability

M is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChinVibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of M.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
