Marketplace Terms

ChinVibe provides marketplace and platform technology. For seller-created physical products, the seller is the product seller and fulfilling party, controls the listing, and is responsible for product accuracy, fulfillment, and applicable returns unless a separate written fulfillment program explicitly applies.

Nothing in these terms waives non-waivable consumer, marketplace, tax, or platform law obligations. All legal language is admin-editable and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production.
