Introduction

Because Chin Khawvel sells only digital goods, courses and memberships (no physical products are sold or shipped), refunds are handled as follows.

Scope

This document applies to your use of Chin Khawvel, a unified media platform built for the Chin community and Chin languages. Chin Khawvel does not sell or ship physical products; the Store is limited to digital goods, courses and memberships.

Key terms

• You must be eligible to use the platform under applicable law.
• You are responsible for content you publish and for holding the rights to it.
• Prohibited conduct includes unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive activity.
• We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
• Chin Khawvel is a no-AI platform: it does not use AI for recommendations, moderation, search ranking, transcription, translation or financial decisions. Creators may voluntarily declare AI usage for transparency only.

Digital products

Refund eligibility depends on whether the item has been accessed or downloaded.

Courses

Enrollment cancellation is subject to the course refund window. Access is removed after a refund.

Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled; renewal and refund handling follow the Membership Terms.

Platform subscriptions

Billing, cancellation and refund processing follow the Subscription Terms.
