By activating a store you agree to these terms, the Marketplace Terms, the Product Policy, the Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy, the Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, the Return & Refund Policy Requirements, the Payment & Payout Terms, the Platform Fee Schedule, the Tax Responsibility Disclosure, and the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the legal right to sell your products, that listings are accurate, that images are authorized, and that AI disclosure (where applicable) is accurate.

Selecting a Commerce Responsibility Mode does not by itself determine legal tax liability. Tax responsibility depends on jurisdiction, product type, and applicable law.
