Tax responsibilities vary by jurisdiction. Selecting a Commerce Responsibility Mode does not automatically transfer all legal tax obligations to ChinVibe.

ChinVibe determines tax collection responsibility based on buyer location, seller location, platform entity, product classification, marketplace-facilitator applicability, and the payment channel. Possible statuses: Platform Collects, Seller Collects, Payment Store Collects, Not Required, or Manual Review.
